Thank you for considering to work with Canada Business Hub on your business plan – a very important and necessary business document.
Before We Begin
Prior to the commencement of our cooperation we need you to sign a Service and Confidentiality Agreement which protects both sides. This agreement will be emailed to you. Also, the agreed upon fee must be processed by our accounting dept. before any work can be done.We can provide you the courtesy of two payment schedule. The first payment of 50% of the total price is due upon agreement to have Canada Business Hub write your plan, the second payment is due after you approve the preliminary draft of your plan.
Once your initial deposit is processed you will be assigned a dedicated business writer. The writer will begin to communicate with you immediately through email or telephone (according to your preference) and will send you a questionnaire to collect some information about your business. Please let the writer know if you need assistance with the questionnaire.
You should begin to fill out the questionnaire as soon as possible. As an FYI, the more detail you provide the better your plan will be as it will give us more insight into your business and how you intend to operate.
You will also be provided with a financial spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will ask you to think about the expenses and sales for your business, i.e. what your monthly expenses might be for the first few years of operations, what sales you are projecting. Once we have your information the writer will be in the position to develop your financial graphs, charts and break even analysis.
If you have difficulties with the financial spreadsheets the writer is available to assist you through the process.
The Drafting Process
You will receive the preliminary draft of your business plan within 1 – 3 weeks (depending on which plan you have chosen) if you answer your questions immediately. The preliminary draft represents the first half of the plan for you to review and approve. It is at this milestone that we ensure we have a good understanding of your business. Once you review and approve the preliminary draft – we take the final payment if you have chosen our payment plan.
The Handoff & Next Steps
When all your edits and changes are made or provided to the writer we will begin to complete your entire plan and then present the final business plan for approval and/or changes (if required). Once the plan is approved it will be available to you in a word and PDF format file.
For your own benefit we recommend you download the final plan onto your hard drive so that you may make adjustments as required over the next few years or to apply for other grants or loans.
We will provide you with full receipt for your investment in the plan and it is 100% tax deductible.
